The tantalising temptation of the amazing sea view may be immediately gratified by using the direct access to the beach through the lower level of the complex. A private path makes getting there a breeze, even while carrying all the equipment necessary for a day of building sandcastles, sunbathing, swimming, surfing or just chilling out with cool drinks and snacks in the sand.

Located within easy walking distance from world-class restaurants and pubs in Camps Bay, this stylishly furnished and decorated apartment comes with air conditioning and heating. Electric awnings and blinds for shade and privacy during Cape Towns Awesome Summer Sun are a welcome addition.

Parking is on-street, and the secluded location guarantees a restful holiday on the beach, while there is a host of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues just a short drive away in Cape Town or Camps Bay.
